The low-pressure system mixed with all the personal and world turmoil has been playing havoc with my emotions. In times like this, I like to walk, meandering through my village and letting my feet lead the way. It calms me down – just my thoughts, my breath, and the wind.
I love how I always end up at this point with a feeling of wonder as I go around the corner to be greeted by this view. Today there were spring flowers, white-haired waives and a moody sky. Just perfect!
It is about a 3 km walk that gives me time with my thoughts and a dopamine release from getting my heart rate up. And by the end of it, my bad mood turns into a thankful heart.
I walk and pray, finding peace and joy while talking to Jesus
