“A week well started is a week well lived “
This has been my mantra lately. With life in overdrive at the moment, I find that If I start my day well, then the rest of the day just fall in place. So I have started a few little habits in the morning to get the day on the go.
1. Roll out of bed and do some planking
2. Make tea or coffee while the bed is airing.
3. Make my bed
4. Walk around the garden and enjoy spring and pray
5. Plan my week and divide my work between the days.
7. Go for a 20min walk.
These are just some of the things I do in the morning. I find it is easier to stay on track if I do this. It does mean that my mornings start around 4 or 5 am and some days I do not get it right, but I have more days where I do rather than don’t.
Psalm37.5 :Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust him, and he will help you.
